Tom and I are excited to announce that we recently had a baby boy! Because we are new parents and because of Covid19 we have decided to take a break from farmers markets this summer. We will be back at the markets next summer. We will continue to do special orders/catering. Thanks to all of you for being such great customers. We make a variety of pies with seasonal flavors from cherry to peach to other specialty pies like our bourbon spiced pecan. If you have a favorite, we probably make it! Now that the farmers’ market and holiday season is over we are gearing up for this summer. We are also taking catering and orders over the winter.
During market season, the menu below is updated weekly with what is available at the markets. Various types of pies are rotated throughout the summer. If you have an absolute favorite and want to preorder a pie for the market or for any special order, reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Larges are $20, Mediums $12, and smalls are $6 or 4 for $20
(smalls are not available for Thanksgiving orders).

Fudge Bottom Pie
I recently learned of this pie from UW Madison. It is a famous pie among Badgers and a favorite treat at the student union. Graham cracker crust with a thin chocolate fudge layer covered with a smooth vanilla custard and whipped cream.

Strawberry Glaze Pie
A layer of pastry cream topped with fresh strawberries in a strawberry glaze with whipped cream and slivered almonds in an a Nilla wafer crust. This is our version of Haussner’s pie. Haussner’s was a Baltimore staple which was open from 1946 to 1999, when they closed there was a line around the block to get a slice of their famous strawberry pie.
Atlantic Beach Pie
Smooth and creamy lemon filling, topped with whipped cream baked
in a homemade saltine cracker crust. If you have never had an
Atlantic Beach Pie, it’s a good one! Back in the day many seafood restaurants
on North Carolina’s coast served Atlantic Beach Lemon Pie. In recent years
it has had a resurgence.
